These Terms and Conditions govern the sales of jewelry offered by SemiLunaire on the website.

The jewelry is handmade in small batches. Photos are for illustrative purposes only; slight variations may occur.

Prices are shown in euros, VAT not applicable (art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code), excluding delivery charges. SemiLunaire reserves the right to modify its prices.

All orders imply acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. A confirmation email will be sent to you after payment.

Secure payment via credit card or PayPal. The order is shipped after payment confirmation.

Delivery in France and internationally via La Poste or Mondial Relay.
Estimated delivery time: 2 to 7 working days in France.
Costs vary depending on weight and destination.

In accordance with the law, you have 14 days from receipt to change your mind (except for personalized orders).
Return shipping is at your expense. The product must be unworn and in its original packaging.

In accordance with Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code, you benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity and warranty

against hidden defects.

All visuals, texts, and creations are the property of SemiLunaire. Any reproduction is prohibited.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing that, the French courts will have jurisdiction.
